I have done shooting, editing, and graphic design for websites, posters, promos, business cards, primarily for my long-term slave, partner, and fellow co-performer, August Harper and for friends in the industry.Please note that there is 50% non-refundable deposit for all transactions (calculated after the total is reached). DISCLAIMERFor Photography and Videography, the onus is on the client and/or name of person who purchased to provide their own shooting location, clothes, PASS Certified/ STI testing, lighting, and the method of filming (Phone Camera, DSLR camera). Upon request, Allegra Viper does film on an iPhone Pro Max 17 and can provide lighting for an additional $50 transportation charge. Please specify the resolution and FPS you wish to have for your final product. The majority of final products are published in 4k and 60 fps.Services may be stacked if the client wishes (e.g. Photography + Editing). For Photo and Video editing Editing, client may ask for editing on photos and footage not taken by Allegra Viper, in which case quality of the final product will depend on the quality of the original photos/footage provided.For all services resulting in a final product, there will be 2 copies - one for the client and one for Allegra Viper. A waiver will be signed for distribution rights as well as Identification documentation at the start of the session.Allegra Viper holds the right to decline any services that imply illegal or non-consensual acts, or violate her personal limitations / boundaries. If during filming/videography a client wishes to cancel, deposit is non-refundable and Allegra Viper will be paid in proportion to the time that has already been alotted, added to the total. Allegra Viper will provide a copy of whatever has been filmed to the client.All service payments and deposits are sent via PayPal and details will be sent via email once a deal has been negotiated and agreed upon by both the client and Allegra Viper.For business cards, posters, and logos/brand designs, Allegra Viper will send proofs of drafts halfway through completion for approval. Client will be given a window of 3 days to ask for changes, upon which a second proof will be sent for approval. Every additional change after the second proof is subject to a $50 service charge.All products (other than photos/videos provided from a different source for editing) will contain a small watermark on the bottom right corner of Allegra Viper's brand/logo. All proofs will also be watermarked across the page to avoid theft of intellectual property.All footage shot by Allegra Viper that is created into clips or trailers will include Allegra Viper's logo for exactly 3 seconds at the end of the product.All photos/videos posted with watermarks removed (with exceptions as stated above) will be held liable by intellectual copyright law.
